Statement of Purpose

   

What we are 


•     We are a registered civil, non-profit and non-political organization gear towards general service in RI• We will be supervised by an advisory board of community organizations and members.• We are an inclusive organization, and open to all Rhode Islanders who are passionate about helping our            most vulnerable citizens, including Liberians, Americans, and others.• We will promote and support cultural diversity • We will provide care for all members of the RI community, regardless of age or disability.• We will partner or collaborate with all churches, organizations towns, cities, and the          state to serve the general RI community• We will support other organizations, churches, towns, cities and the state• We will volunteer our time, talents, resources for a better community• We will diligently work to direct and suggest to the community any resources, opportunities, and services          from our towns, cities, the state, and other organizations that will be advantageous to the people         of Rhode Island.• We will use our talents, website and other social media to help families, organizations, churches,                          businesses, the cities and state to promote activities that will benefit or inform the community.        • We shall be proactive and focused on projects.• We will work together to lead our community in a unified, peaceful, and transparent manner

What We Are Not


•   We are not a due paying membership association

• Replace the role of any organization

• Be in competition with any other organization.

• Be an adversary to any organization.

• Undermine the efforts of any organization
